PALM ROAD FOSTER
Bruce and Ali called when they discovered our postcard that was delivered into their letterbox by our apprentice Cam. In our first meeting, we went through their wish list of what they were aiming for with their renovation. Their house has the most amazing view over One Mile Beach Forster. The Green windows were major concerns for them. They were leaking, green in color, and rattled in the high winds. This was a priority and absolutely something they wanted to be changed.

The kitchen needed a facelift, it was also green like the windows, carpet, and floor tiles. As Bruce is quite the chef he was after a modern kitchen that flowed and allowed him to cook up a feast. They wanted to have seating that allowed them to sit, eat, and take in the panoramic view.
WE GOT TO WORK!
With the old kitchen gone we built a new wall creating an area for this huge pantry. All of this brickwork was removed and the whole area opened up.
AFTER
NEW FLOOR COVERINGS
They were sick of the green carpet and tiles. After leveling the floor, we had Carpet 1 install a new timber look vinyl plank floor.
In my opinion, these floors are the best. They have great acoustic qualities while so Ō to walk on without shoes. If you happen to damage the one you can easily replace one.
Popular black sink and tapware, they look fantastic!
Check out this pantry and the large wine: wine rack. There is so much room to store those bulky items we all have in our kitchens, it’s also a perfect place to put the second fridge.
STUDY NOOK
How do you feel working from home?
The study nook is a sleek space providing a stand-up desk which was part of the brief. The USB charging points simplify the office space.
The strip lighting in the top shelf works perfectly and does away with the need for a lamp.
What a place to sit and watch the fire and view over one-mile beach.
Shaun tiled the fireplace and we installed a beautiful hardwood timber mantle.
