Key Features of the Renovation:
- Flooring Upgrade:The project began with the complete replacement of the flooring throughout the apartment. Old and worn-out floors were swapped with durable, elegant options that set the stage for the entire transformation.
- Painting:A fresh coat of paint brought life back to the interior. The chosen color palette was modern and inviting, creating a warm atmospheres.
- European Laundry Style Space:The laundry area received a European-inspired upgrade, complete with a 2-pack paint job and stunning stone benchtops. This transformation made laundry chores more efficient and added a contemporary touch.
- Bathroom and Ensuite Renovation:The highlight of the project was the high-grade renovation of the bathrooms and ensuites. Floor-to-ceiling tiles were meticulously installed, offering a luxurious and sophisticated finish that added immense value to the apartment.

We bought a unit at Forster about 2 and a half years ago.
Lovely unit, 2nd floor, great residents and location, yet it needed a makeover/major surgery in bathrooms,flooring,carpets throughout the unit.
We were fortunate enough to see a sign for B & S Nelson Building Services.
We made an appointment with Steve Nelson and this was the start of a remarkable journey.
Steve inspected the unit and most importantly ‘listened’ to what we wanted to achieve within our budget and ideas.
Better still he painted a picture in our minds of what he could create.
Over the next week we received an outstanding presentation on our computer, plus a detailed work schedule and total investment.
He then made an appointment to go through the presentation from start to finish.
We signed off on the renovation and over the ensuing weeks, we experienced unbelievable service.
Steve and his team organised ALL the outstanding tradespeople, plus he organised for Mary Anne to meet with All the suppliers.
