From the moment Steve Nelson walked through our front door we knew we were in good hands. Steve immediately put us at ease and excited us with his passion for home improvement. Steve worked closely with two very inexperienced people to ensure that we had a design that we would love and suit our lifestyle. He was patient, honest and very generous at sharing his expertise. The gorgeous Nikki Nelson was an absolute delight to work with and looked after us beautifully. The care and excellent customer service from the team continued throughout the entire project.

Our circumstances meant that we had to live in our renovations. Renovations can be stressful however, Steve and the team made this process as comfortable as possible. The demolition crew Brownie, Cam, Wayne and Flynn were outstanding and made sure that the site was spotless at the end of each day for us to come home to. We could not be happier with how thoughtful and respectful they were to us and our home. Our plasterers were rockstars! We had the best kitchen installer, Ian could not do enough for us and made sure everything was perfect. He would not leave until he was 100% satisfied with his work and even came back on a Saturday just to be sure. Ian’s commitment to excellence was next level! You know you have a good crew when you miss them once they are finished!

The completed product is breathtaking! Everything looks amazing. Our home has been transformed and is filled with light and most importantly storage space to keep things organised. Our whole lifestyle has changed, we now have the most magnificent space to spend time with family and friends. The dedicated baking area is the icing on the cake!

As with all big projects there were challenge’s throughout, however the way Steve and the team handled these hiccups was next level. Our renovation was conducted during Covid but this did not stop the team from striving for perfection. Customers need to know that their team is behind them in the good and the bad, the B&S Nelson Team certainly demonstrated this.

We are so grateful to Steve, Nikki and the team for an outstanding experience. Hmmm might be time to find something else to reno!
