This job was from a past client, we were there 10 years ago doing a huge renovation to an old farm house.
The property is located in Diamond Beach not too far from Forster Tuncurry.
We added a large guest wing consisting of a bathroom, bedroom and deck area.
The brief for the job was that it blended in with the old and looked like it is part of the original building.
These clients engaged us in the early stage of the job so we were able to help them create a plan that they could afford and was practical. This was a perfect example of how our Start Smart service works so successfully.
While we were there we replaced all the floor coverings inside the house.
