This recent renovation in Tuncurry focused on improving functionality, modernising finishes, and updating the home’s flow.

Scope of Work:

🔹 Bathroom & Ensuite Upgrade – The corner bath was removed, creating a more spacious layout. Both areas now feature full-height tiling, smart storage niches, semi-frameless shower screens, and upgraded vanities. The ensuite was also enlarged for better use of space.

🔹 Kitchen Transformation – Walls were removed to open up the area, and a new kitchen was installed with custom cabinetry, stone benchtops, a tiled splashback, and a louvre window for improved ventilation and natural light.

🔹 Living & Flooring Upgrades – Old carpet and tiles were replaced with new flooring creating a modern finish.

🔹 Update Layout – Several modifications, including relocating doors, removing walls and installing cavity sliders, improved the functionality and flow of the home.

🔹 Final Touches – Plastering, painting, updated lighting, and plumbing upgrades completed the transformation, with a full professional clean ensuring every detail was finished to a high standard.

We visited the house four or five times over the three-month period to ensure things were on track and checked in with the kitchen designer, plumbers, electricians, and other trades.

We are honestly thrilled with the result. There were some variations in the final cost, but they were based on our changes in fit-out and fittings. In the end, we have an extremely comfortable, functional, and stylish home.
